Spicy Honey Margherita Pizza Pizza

Preheat.Place a stone or inverted sheet pan on the middle rack and preheat to 500°F (or as hot as your oven goes) for 20 minutes.

Stretch & top.Stretch dough to a 10–12″ round. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Scatter mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

Bake.Bake 8–10 minutes until crust is puffed and the cheese is blistered with browned spots.
