Steps

  1. Preheat.
    Place a stone or inverted sheet pan on the middle rack and preheat to 500°F (or as hot as your oven goes) for 20 minutes.
  2. Stretch & top.
    Stretch dough to a 10–12″ round. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Scatter mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Bake.
    Bake 8–10 minutes until crust is puffed and the cheese is blistered with browned spots.
  4. Basil & honey.
    Top with torn basil and drizzle generously with LadyBug Mild Hot Honey. Slice and serve immediately.

Pro tip: Add a swipe of crushed garlic under the cheese or a sprinkle of chili flakes before baking if you like it spicier. Post-bake honey keeps aromas bright and glossy.
