We’re proudly based in Sacramento, California. The refill-focused system we’re building — packets, jars, subscriptions, and future honey caddies — is all rooted here.

The system is simple:

• Use oversized infused honey packets for on-the-go drizzle or at home.
• Squeeze packets into your reusable Lady Bug jars.
• Keep refilling the same jars instead of buying new bottles over and over.

Packets give you flexibility, jars give you everyday convenience — both keep waste low.

Each infused honey packet is oversized — roughly the equivalent of 3–4 standard ketchup packets. That means fewer wrappers, more usable honey, and easy refills into jars.

Subscriptions deliver packets and a free jar on a monthly schedule. Each tier includes:

• Tier 1 – Starter: $5/month + shipping, includes 7 packets and 1 free jar every month.
• Tier 2 – Standard: $9/month + shipping, includes 10 packets and 1 free jar every month.
• Tier 3 – Heavy Honey Consumer: $17/month + shipping, includes 31 packets and 1 free jar every month.

You choose the tier that matches how often you use honey, and jars stay in rotation as you keep refilling them.

Our infused honey packet pricing is designed to encourage refills and bulk buying:

• 1–10 packets: $1.25 each
• 11–20 packets: $1.00 each
• 21+ packets: $0.90 each

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Free shipping on orders of $58+ (before tax and discounts).
• Orders under $58 have a shipping charge applied at checkout.
• Orders typically process within 1–3 business days before carrier transit.

Yes. Every subscription tier includes 1 free empty jar every month. That means your jar collection grows over time while you keep refilling instead of buying new bottles.

Yes. Extra empty 1.5 oz jars are available for $1 each and come branded with the Lady Bug Hot Honey label.

We’re also working on 3D-printed honey caddies in 3, 5, and 10-slot models designed to sit on your kitchen counter and keep jars organized.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
