Hot Honey Garlic Wings Wings

Crispy wings tossed in a garlicky soy glaze and finished with XHOT hot honey. Sticky, glossy, addictive.
Steps
-
Bake the wings.Heat oven to 425°F. Pat wings dry, season lightly with salt & pepper, and arrange on a rack over a foil-lined sheet. Bake about 40 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden.
-
Make the glaze. In a small pan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in a splash of oil for 30–45 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown). Stir in soy sauce and LadyBug XHOT; simmer 30–60 seconds until glossy.
-
Toss & finish.Toss hot wings in the glaze. Optional: return to the sheet and broil 1–2 minutes to set the glaze. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
Tip: Want a thicker cling? Simmer the glaze 1–2 extra minutes to reduce slightly—or whisk in 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp water and cook 20–30 seconds.
