Steps

  1. Heat the oven.
    Place a pizza stone or inverted sheet pan on the middle rack and preheat to 500°F (or the hottest your oven goes) for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Stretch & top.
    On a lightly floured surface, stretch dough to a 10–12″ round. Spread tomato sauce, scatter mozzarella, then arrange pepperoni.
  3. Bake.
    Slide onto the hot stone/pan and bake 8–10 minutes until the crust is puffed and cheese is bubbly with browned spots.
  4. Finish with honey.
    Transfer to a board and drizzle LadyBug Mild Hot Honey over the top. Slice and serve immediately.
