Steps

  1. Preheat & prep.
    Heat oven to 400°F. On a sheet pan, toss Brussels with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange cut-side down for maximum browning.
  2. Roast.
    Roast about 20 minutes, tossing once at the 12-minute mark, until edges are deeply caramelized and centers tender.
  3. Finish with honey.
