Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with LadyBug Hot Honey. Because our products are food-based and custom-printed merchandise, we can only accept returns under limited circumstances.
Food Products (Hot Honey)
All sales of LadyBug Hot Honey are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to taste preferences, order errors, or buyer’s remorse. If your bottle arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
All merchandise (shirts, hats, etc.) is printed and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Printful does not accept returns for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please email us at greg@ladybughoney.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- A short description of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
