Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Lady Bug Hot Honey keeps shipping simple and transparent.
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $58 or more (before tax and discounts).
- Orders under $58 will have a shipping charge applied at checkout.
Shipping costs may vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available), so you can follow your package until it reaches your door.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of any damage (if applicable), and we will work with you to offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

At this time, Lady Bug Hot Honey ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
