Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more (before tax and discounts). This may or may not include Print-On-Demand Items or Merch from LadyBugHoney.com.
Orders under $35 and all merch (print-on-demand products) will be charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at greg@ladybughoney.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to issue a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

At this time, LadyBug Hot Honey only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
